Business Entity: ViViD Email Verifier (Subunit of ViViD App Studio, Mumbai)
Core Principle:
All financial transactions with ViViD App Studio are processed through secured PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. We guarantee complete transparency in billing, milestone releases, and statutory tax compliance under Indian Law.
1. Secure Payment Gateway & PCI-DSS Compliance
We prioritize financial data security above all else. All online card, UPI, net banking, and wallet transactions are processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.
No Storage of Card Data: ViViD App Studio does not capture, store, or process full credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking PINs on our servers.
256-Bit SSL Encryption: All data transmitted during checkout is encrypted using end-to-end TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
Tokenization: Recurring billing or saved payment preferences utilize Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant card tokenization guidelines.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To accommodate both domestic and international clients, we support a diverse array of verified payment channels:
Domestic (India): All major Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express Credit/Debit Cards; Unified Payments Interface (UPI) including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM; Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks.
International: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express international credit cards; Bank Wire Transfers (SWIFT / Telegraphic Transfer) for enterprise billing and project milestones.
3. Taxation & Goods and Services Tax (GST)
In accordance with the statutory provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act) and the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (IGST Act) of India:
Domestic Transactions: All invoices issued to individuals or business entities residing within the territorial jurisdiction of India are subject to an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) (comprising 9% CGST + 9% SGST for Maharashtra residents, or 18% IGST for interstate transactions).
Input Tax Credit (ITC): Registered business clients must provide their valid GSTIN at the time of invoice generation to claim Input Tax Credit. Retroactive GSTIN inclusion on issued invoices is not permitted.
International Export of Services: Services rendered to overseas clients located outside India are treated as "Zero-Rated Exports" subject to realization of payment in freely convertible foreign currency via authorized banking channels.
4. Milestone-Based Billing & Invoicing Terms
For custom application development, enterprise verification engines, or dedicated consulting projects:
Discovery & Initiation Fee: A formal project engagement requires an upfront initiation deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total contract value) before engineering resources are allocated.
Milestone Schedules: Subsequent payments are structured against objective, verifiable project deliverables specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
Payment Due Dates: All invoices are payable immediately upon receipt unless Net-15 or Net-30 enterprise credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Late Payment Interest: Overdue invoices exceeding 15 days from the due date shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum legal rate permitted by law.
5. Failed Transactions, Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event of a payment processing failure or disputed transaction:
Automated Reversals: If account debit occurs during a timed-out gateway session, payment aggregators typically process automatic refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate credit card chargeback or dispute without first contacting our billing team constitutes a breach of contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend service access, revoke verification API keys, and contest the chargeback with detailed transaction logs and server access records.
6. Currency & Foreign Exchange
Unless otherwise stated, all pricing on the domestic portal is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). International billing is denominated in United States Dollars (USD $) or Euros (EUR €). Any currency conversion fees, foreign exchange markups, or international transaction surcharges levied by your issuing bank or credit card provider are the sole responsibility of the client.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any financial dispute, accounting controversy, or legal action arising out of or relating to payment processing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts and tribunals situated in Mumbai City, Maharashtra, India.
